Refund Policy

Castdeck Pro (subscription, Paddle checkout)

You can cancel Castdeck Pro at any time. After cancellation you keep access to paid features until the end of the current billing period; no pro-rated refunds are provided.

Cancellation is available via the link in your purchase confirmation email, or through support (the support page on the official website or the in-app Help).

Refunds are handled case by case in accordance with the refund policy of Paddle, the Merchant of Record, and applicable law.

If you were charged twice, charged in error, or could not use paid features due to a material defect, please contact support or use Paddle's support desk linked in your purchase confirmation email. Such cases are handled in good faith, including full refunds where appropriate.

Given the nature of digital services, other refunds are generally not provided; however, nothing in this policy limits rights granted by mandatory consumer protection laws.

Store items (Stripe checkout, creators as sellers)

Each creator is the seller of record for their store items and bears primary responsibility for refunds. Payments are processed by Stripe.

For defective items, Castdeck-caused issues, or full refunds, the platform fee is refunded as well.

To request a refund, contact us from the purchase history page or via support; we will coordinate with the seller.
