Installation notes
- The app itself is free to use. AI provider fees may apply if you connect an external AI service.
- The Windows version is distributed via the Microsoft Store, so it is signed and shows no SmartScreen warning. The macOS beta may show a Gatekeeper warning.
- If an older Castdeck version cannot use auto-update, install the latest version manually from this page.
- The macOS build is intended for manual updates until signing and notarization are complete. Automatic updates on macOS will be formally supported after signing and notarization.
- Auto-update metadata files are used internally by the app. For normal installation, use the buttons above.
